Our Wedding

As all modern love stories do, Riley and Shelby’s began on Hinge (a dating app). They talked for a few weeks before Riley asked Shelby to go on their first date. They met for drinks at Declan’s Irish Pub in Chicago. They were supposed to go to dinner after but couldn’t stop talking and didn’t even realize they missed their reservation. The next day, Riley thought of another way to see Shelby. He thought that making an excuse of going to the post office downtown could give him another chance to see her…. It was a Sunday, and the post office was closed. It was clear to Shelby that he obviously wanted to see her the next day, which flattered her. She agreed, and they have been inseparable since.

Marie Selby Botanical GardensLocated on Sarasota Bay, Selby Gardens has been recognized as one of the top ten botanical gardens in the United States.&nbsp;&nbsp;811 South Palm Avenue.&nbsp;&nbsp;Open daily from 10am to 5pm.&nbsp;Ringling Mansion and Museum of ArtThe Ringling was home to John Ringling, of the Ringling Brother’s Circus. The grounds include the Ringling Circus Museum, the Ringling Art Museum and the Ringling Ca’d’Zan Mansion.&nbsp;&nbsp;The Ringling is located at 5401 Bay Shore Road and is open 10am to 5pm daily.&nbsp;Mote Marine AquariumThis aquarium has a Shark habitat, Stingray touch pool, and Manatee and Sea Turtle exhibits. 1600 Ken Thompson Parkway.&nbsp;&nbsp;Open daily from 10am to 5pm.&nbsp;DowntownDowntown has dozens of shops, restaurants and art galleries. Rose &amp; Ivy and Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse are two of our favorite restaurants.&nbsp;&nbsp;
